Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes and include a copy of your invoice or the RA form inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our returns processing facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
